1. Nature of Our Products

Digital Skill Lab (DSL) sells digital products. These products may include:

Since all our products are delivered in digital format and are instantly accessible after purchase, they cannot be physically returned.

2. No Refund Policy

At present, Digital Skill Lab does not offer any refund policy.

Once a payment is successfully completed and the product is delivered or access is granted:

  • The amount paid is non-refundable

  • No partial refunds will be issued

  • No cancellation after purchase will be accepted

  • No refund will be provided under any circumstances

This applies to all digital products available on DSL.

3. No Return Policy

As DSL provides digital products only:

  • There is no return option

  • Digital content cannot be returned once accessed

  • Downloaded files cannot be returned

  • Access to course material cannot be reversed

Due to the nature of digital delivery, return is technically not possible.

If any duplicate payment is made due to technical error, you must contact DSL immediately with valid payment proof. DSL reserves the right to review such cases individually.
